A visit to Grandma Lola's

Our last trip of the summer was to Geoff's grandma's house. Growing up, they always went with her to the Gooding County Fair and Rodeo, so most of us from the family decided to keep the tradition alive and go stay with her. The boys did a lot of fishing, the girls did a lot of walking around thrift shops and garage sales.

The first event of the fair is this parade where they throw out RIDICULOUS amounts of candy. Lucy and Isaac both got triple what they get on a Halloween night. Lucy was beside herself with excitement. She kept stuffing it in her purse, it was hilarious. And yes, my daughter usually wears shirts. I am just horrible at getting stains out so they come off whenever drippy things are involved.
